MacVoices #1327: The Road to Macworld – Alan Oppenheimer Discusses Art Distribution and Accessibility

The Road to  Macworld/iWorld 2013  takes us to  Alan Oppenheimer, who will be delivering the  Art Goes Digital  TechTalk. Alan discusses his company’s efforts to create an “iTunes of art,”  how the online world is making art more accessible to a wider audience, and the lessons that have been learned from the digitization of other media such as music and video. Alan also touches on how these changes are affecting art in education, the challenges of copyright in making art accessible, presenting new opportunities for arts of all levels, and more.

The Road to Macworld/iWorld 2013  is a special MacVoices series produced in  partnership with Macworld to preview some of the exhibitors and presentations at  Macworld/iWorld 2013  at the Moscone Convention Center  in San Francisco from January 31 – Feb 2.
