Lynn Elliott is the product manager for ScreenFlow, an award-winning screen recording and editing software developed by Telestream. With the explosion of video as a marketing tool, people of all skill levels are jumping into video creation. ScreenFlow helps these video producers easily create their own professional-looking videos, demos and tutorials, even if they have no previous experience creating video. With 15 years – oh wait! 20+ years experience in Marketing, Lynn IS the target market for ScreenFlow. Lynn graduated from UC Irvine with degrees in English Literature and Spanish, and later with an MBA from INSEAD. In the early 90s she spent six years in the newly developing-capitalistic Eastern European region, where she helped spread the principles of market segmentation and targeted messaging to an population unaccustomed to modern marketing practices. She’s since come back to the US, where she has been with Telestream for more than 5 years. Something of a Jill-of-all-trades, she’s held responsibilities in tradeshows management, email and direct marketing, social media marketing, advertising, and project management.
