Or, most frequently, some combination of the two. He trained as an IBM Systems Engineer, but pretty soon after that was working as a journalist. Over time he wrote half a dozen books, and became a magazine editor and publisher. In 2000, he co-founded the online media business AngloINFO with his wife, Wendy Wilson. He still sits on AngloINFO’s board, but stepped back from any hands-on involvement in 2010. Since that time, he’s been focused on his new startup Jag.gr.
