In the Prosoft Engineering / JoeSoft booth on the show floor, Gordon Bell talks about the newest products from both brands, the growth of their company and their plans (already) for next year’s Macworld Expo.
Gordon introduces Drive Genius II, the superior solution for optimizing drive performance and the one used at Apple Genius Bars everywhere. Sporting a totally new interface, Drive Genius II not only does the job, but makes maintaining you.

Chuck La Tournous of RandomMaccess, who will be presenting “Creating and Using a WiFi Mac Network” in the Macworld Learning Center at Macworld Conference & Expo, provides us with some thoughts on Airport network as a preview to his session. Chuck talks about why Apple’s Airport shouldn’t necessarily be your first choice of a wireless router, some of the challenges of setting up your first wireless network, and provides some tips on how to succeed on the first try. Chuck also discusses some of the recent changes to RandomMaccess, how he has become a journalistic enforcer for the Mac web, and his appearance at Expo with the Macworld All-Star Band.
