Bob talks about why he’s especially excited to be the new Reviews Director for The iPod Observer, discusses four interesting utilities that he discovered while at Macworld Expo, three of which made it into his column for the Houston Chronicle. Bob talks about his new favorite utilities for email, podcasting, editing PDFs and backing up. He relates a backup (or lack thereof) horror story and Chuck and Bob both advocate the use of a new adapter that helps keep the cost of mass storage to a minimum.
